Ninja Clients Lead System (SAAS) Co-Founder

As the co-founder of Ninja Clients, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive suite of CRM-powered solutions, designed to enhance business operations and streamline customer engagement. This project involved the creation and deployment of AI chatbots that improved customer interaction and support, as well as the design of automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-up systems. I led the implementation of automated email campaigns to deliver personalized customer engagement and optimized landing pages for improved conversion rates. My work enabled businesses to improve efficiency, increase customer retention, and drive revenue growth.
Key achievements:

•  Successfully designed and deployed complete lead systems, including email automation, phone systems, and Landing pages for client conversion.
• Integrated over six businesses into the CRM, helping them enhance their customer relationship management and service delivery processes.
